SPECIAL EDITION CONTENTS: This Blu-ray release includes a high definition transfer from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative, offering two versions of the film: the US theatrical cut with a score by CAM, and the uncensored director's cut, presented in Spanish with a score by Librado Pastor. Other features include optional English subtitles, a unique Vine Theater Experience where viewers can join a 2002 screening of Pieces in Hollywood, an alternate re-score by composer Umberto, and a new audio commentary by The Hysteria Continues.

Additionally, the release includes insightful interviews with filmmakers Nicholas McCarthy, Adrián García Bogliano, Mike Mendez, and writers Joe Bob Briggs and Nathaniel Thompson, discussing the impact and legacy of Pieces.
